Lesser yellow legs still at Cheddar Reservoir this afternoon to the right of inlet tower when I arrived, it then flew to the left side and worked its way along the waters edge giving opportunity for some close up shots in splendid light.Photos click on link.

The juv Lesser Yellowlegs still present at 15:30 just off the water inlet tower at the Cheddar end of the Reservoir. Also 3 Great White Egrets and 3 Goldeneye (1 drake).

Still present this morning at 7.15am - usual spot close to shore, which continues to move out at a rapid rate…
Still present between 11:00 and 13:00 today at usual spot. Showing well but slightly further out at 13:00, presumably because of the dogs. Some pictures on my flickr page.
Still present at 07:30 this morning. It spent some time directly in front of intake until disturbed by two dogs when it flew back to its more usual location calling loudly.

Still present at 15:00 hrs close in to the water-inlet tower at the Cheddar end. Also a Great White Egret and a female Mandarin Duck between the yacht club and the entry-slope at the Axbridge end.
That’s good - I thought it had departed because I couldn’t find it first thing this morning. However, there was a red-breasted merganser fishing along the southern edge of the large island. Credit to another anonymous birder for finding it. 5+ pochards too - the first I’ve noticed here this autumn.

The juvenile Lesser Yellowlegs, found this morning at Cheddar Res by Kim Howard, was still present and feeding well close in to the Cheddar end water inlet at 14:15 hrs.
