5 male goosander and 3 redheads at Orchardleigh yesterday.  A very reliable site for winter goosander, though this year, very low numbers of ducks compared to other years.  Also 10 little egrets roosting in trees in the sun, which is a very good count for here.

At least 6 on the Huntspill from Woolavington bridge yesterday.

Singles of male and female Goosander on the River Brue just upstream of the bridge at Baltonsborough. A first for me at that location.
