Couple of hours before high, but it’s more often seen out on the island than the beach (decent telescope required - look for the bling, as also ringed plovers around)

Would somebody be able to advise me on the best tide state for seeing the Kentish Plover at Burnham please? I am presuming that at high tide it will be roosting elsewhere, and at low tide it may be very distant, so is a middling tide about right?
