No Wood Warbler singing around Rod’s Pot yesterday so bird presumably moved on after failing to attract a mate. However, I did find 2 extra Garden Warbler on Black Down that I didn’t see last time. 2 Tree Pipit, 2 Mistle Thrush, a Kestrel, 2 Nuthatch, 4 Whitethroat and 22 Willow Warbler also present.

Around Ubley Nature Reserve/Warren were 4 singing Redstart, 1 Spotted Flycatcher, 3 Whitethroat, 2 Willow Warbler, 4 Nuthatch, 6 Mistle Thrush, several House Martins and my first ever Red Kite on the Mendips!
