Nightingale seen and heard along the Taunton to Bridgwater canal, in large bushes alongside the ‘up’ Bristol railway line a short distance past Cogload Junction flyover at 11.30 am today.

4 Cranes flying over the driving range at Long Sutton Golf heading towards Martock/Muchelney at 12.30 today.

7 Cranes in ploughed field on the north side of Ashmead fishing lakes this morning. Also Nightingale seen and heard in willow trees on the western boundary of the lakes at 11.30 am.
