P.S. We also saw the whinchat from the hide.

At Greylake today (shame it wasn’t Portland Bill though!), 3 cuckoos together (presumably 2m, 1f by behaviour), 1 hobby hunting low and close to the hide, m whinchat and yellow wagtail along fence to right of hide, m garganey just out from hide, bittern booming, and usual other suspects, gw egret, cetti’s, reed bunts etc
