Nice early morning walk along Kennard Moor Drove - to the cattle pen on the edge of the moor - well, apart from the travellers’ vans!
Plenty of Chiffchaff, Blackcap & Skylark singing – Also, Willow Warbler and several Garden Warblers, A couple sightings of Bullfinch, Reed Bunting & Linnet.
The best was a fantastic male Wheatear, opposite the cattle pen - sat on a post.
No Sedgies or Whitethroats just yet.
