I thought i saw them whilst looking out from the far screen, i also suspect i saw you meandering along on the other side of the boundary rhyne, to the sound of a peeping kingfisher
Good displays yesterday of peregrine and marsh harrier and even a Great White egret put in a reasonably close appearance, but not as close as the Brown Hare, that was more of a Grey Hare.
While watching the huge mixed flocks of Golden Plover and Lapwing at RSPB Greylake, I noticed a number of smaller birds which look like Dunlin.
