A healthy passage of Common Scoters this morning viewed from Greenaleigh Point all heading up channel (east). Birds mostly distant, but the most I’ve seen this year. 40 birds comprising flocks of 20,14,5 and 1, between 8 and 9. Common Scoters can be viewed any month of the year off Somerset.

Also 3 Gannets viewed at extreme distance going east near the Welsh coastline.
