Although most of low level South Somerset was covered in a blanket of fog today, up higher it was blue sky and full sun. So I came across two small flocks of Golden Plover.

1. A frosty field to the north of Combe St Nicholas - 34 birds
2. A frosty field to south of Windwhistle Golf Course - about 20 birds
