Hen Harrier- ring tail, possibly adult - still present Steart Marsh. This evening quartering over northern marsh up to 16:30 and possibly going to roost.
This evening 17:00 hrs, juv/female Hen Harrier, presumably same bird that has been present for at least one week, seen on Steart Marsh in the vicinity of the breach, possibly going to roost. Also Short-eared Owl on Steart Marsh. This morning a noisy Ring-necked Parakeet flew west along the coastal reed bed at Steart - obviously looking for a Baobab tree.
