Another quiet day on Greylake yesterday.

The highlight was a 5sec view of a water rail running across the path to the hide. Plenty of shoveler, mallards, three marsh harriers hunting and 100s of lapwing, but all far out back sadly.

Quiet on Greylake today.

A handful of teal, plenty of mallards, c.10 shoveler, the odd wigeon, some lovely pintail and a couple of marsh harriers.
