5 Redpolls at Westhay on Sunday Morning as well as 9 Skylarks, 2 Stonechats, 2 Marsh Harriers and 4 Kingfishers.
A great morning but I failed to connect with any Bearded Tits which happened to be the No 1 target for my visit.

Also siskins in Wells - 3 in our garden, with an abundance of goldfinches, greenfinches and chaffinches. Redpoll yesterday at Ham Wall, too.

A walk down Heathway Lane in Westhay this morning produced the following.
Redwing. Several flocks of up to 20.
Fieldfare. Just one group of 5.
Siskin 3
Redpoll 2 (my first sighting of 2025!)
Chiff Chaff at least 5.
Wood Pigeon 2 flocks of 10+ flying south at altitude.
