Male Ringed-necked Duck still present on Decoy Lake, diving regularly, close in to the left of the hide @ 10.45
Also Firecrest on the walk down and a young Otter at the start of the path

Drake Ring-necked Duck still on Decoy Lake, Shapwick Heath NNR this morning. Met a birder in the hide who had spent 2 hrs and not seen it!
At 11:25 (15 mins after he left) I finally located it (50x ‘scope views) from the hide in the very far LH (NE) corner of the lake sleeping, then feeding & preening among all the low surface weed in the company of 3 Tufted Ducks. Has now been present here since 07-Oct per BirdGuides.
