Male and two females showing very well this afternoon (Friday 9 Feb) - also with reed bunting, linnet, dunnock and magpie! Singing Skylark too! CB my 249th somerset species…

Still 4 Cirl Buntings (1-male) this morning with 2 Reed Buntings, coming down onto the main track to feed on scattered seed, about 250m east of the car park at Stolford. Please watch from a safe distance so as not to alarm them!

Still present at 12:00 today, same place and still associating with the Reed Buntings.

A fine looking male Cirl Bunting and one maybe two females on Coast path and adjoining bushes very near beach car park walking in Wall Common direction at about 12 noon. There was a pair of reed buntings with them. I know there was a report of sightings here last week on X.
