Large sandmartin flock, a handful of housemartins and a swallow on the west side of Cheddar Reservoir this afternoon. Had to give up because I started feeling seasick! Little gull and the red-crested pochard still
4 white wagtails early pm near Cheddar Tower. 2 singing willow warblers at Axbridge car park. The RC Pochard still by the Axbridge gate. 3 sand martins and 2 swallows over. 3 shoveler still.
walk down to the river along Stubbington Drove, 6 Reed Buntings, a group of around 7 Robins,GS woody several Chiff Chaff ,Wren x 3 and what sounded like a pair of whitethroat singing and a couple of Skylark at the river
Fairly confiding red crested pochard by the axbridge entrance once more, with the goose nearer the tower. 4 male & 2 female shoveler off the sailing club
With 9 goosander on cheddar side when I returned in evening (hardly any gulls)
Large gull roost this evening, but I couldn’t find anything out of the ordinary. Four female goosanders still present.
along the cycle path this morning, around 4 Chiff Chaff , audible only Bullfinch, several L T Tits and a slender looking Blackcap in full voice,,,,, White goose still by the Axbridge gate
Immature little gull still this evening. Also 15 goosanders (just one adult male).
Also this funny looking pochard on south side (with a standard male) - I assume it’s a hybrid with tufted:

At least 12 Little Gulls still there this afternoon
18 adult & 2 imm little gulls counted (independently) this evening, although they all seemed to disappear with most of the black headed gulls at sunset
9 female type goosanders south of Cheddar Tower at dusk.
At least 7 little gulls (6 adults) this morning on the west side with the bh gull flock. 2 female goosanders south of Cheddat tower. Singing treecreeper near the cut perimeter fence. And the farmyard white greylag by Axbridge car park.
