Glossy still present, with cattle, little & one great egret and male marsh harrier seen from the same spot. A female type marsh was on shapwick moor.
2 chiffchaff, a male GS woodpecker & 4 great egrets at westhay, with at least one brambling still in the chaffinch flock (didn’t ID the majority). Only mute swans, a grey heron & buzzard left in the field opposite entrance.
Water rail crossed the road between burtle & catcott reserve, with a buzzard feeding on long dead roe deer further south. All yesterday
Large flock of lapwing opposite entrance to westhay this afternoon as well, with the two greylag & mute swans

Westhay , Near the car park 12 Brambling in with a flock of a 100 plus Chaffinch
Burtle Road, Glossy Ibis in the Egret field along with 40 plus Cattle Egret and a late
afternoon look out over West Sedgemoor from Red Hill 51 Common Crane came in from Aller Moor to settle there
