Thanks Alison. The Glossy Ibis, Little Egrets and a GWE were present this morning in the third grass field east of Westhay Moor car park and on maize stubble before the double bend to the car park there were no less than 6 Egyptian geese and a a Ruddy Shelduck so quite a selection.
One Glossy Ibis with a flock of Little and one Great Egret near Westhay Moor NNR this morning. In a field to the east of the reserve and on the south side of the road. Not sure if it has been reported on this forum before but it has been noted on some local Facebook pages. Also present were a 180 strong flock of Lapwing. First large flock I’ve seen locally for a while.
