Avocet, Oystercatcher, Curlew, Redshank. Dunlin, Grey Plover. Knot & probably a Greenshank seen along the Parrett yesterday. Also Mallard, Wigeon, Teal, Shelduck & Cormorant.

15/12. The monthly co-ordinated WeBS count on Bridgwater Bay NNR and WWT Steart Marshes produced 38 Pale-bellied Brent Geese on the coast off Catsford Common, 450-500 Avocet in the Parrett Estuary and at Stert Point a female Red=breasted Merganser in pools of the Fenning.
