The only one that counts, of course! That is, the moor between Hambridge and Kingsbury Episcopi. If you’re looking for the whinchats they were in a loose ‘flock’ at around OS grid ref. ST418219. Look on the tops of fence posts, etc.

No fewer than 6 whinchats on the moor this morning. At least three were juveniles. Also peregrine stooping at a mixed flock of starlings and lapwings. And a hobby.
