Four Spotted Flycatchers, 2 of them being Juveniles. Majority of the time it was very dark under the canopy. I saw 2 on the trail but not sure if these were the same ones seen from the hide at the far back where the herons nest.

On Woodland Trail, Swell Wood 3 Spot Flys. Male and Female chasing each other around on 1st left turn of trail seen often but distant and very dark under the heavy canopy of the woodland. A third seen further on the trail just before the 2nd left turn. Also a Juvenile showed once in 3 hrs from the hide.

Three Spotted Flycatchers (1 Juvenile) at RSPB Swell Wood, Fivehead. Only showed early morning.DId not see them after 11:40. Some photo’s taken….

1 was seen from the hide and the other 2 on the trail. Usual forest birds on the feeders in the car park.
