The Glossy Ibis still present on the tin-shed Island Thursday afternoon, as were the 2 Whooper Swans nearby.

Glossy Ibis late-morn on tin-shed island, Noah’s Lake, Shapwick Heath. It flew up & circled before flying east at 12:45 and was then seen by Alan Ashman overflying Meare Heath towards Ham Wall water tower.

Glossy ibis flew into area of reeds in NE corner of Noah’s Lake Shapwick NNR at about 16.15 yesterday.
