A combination of myself and Graham Conduit counted at least 60 Cattle Egrets this morning, equally split between Heathway Lane in Westhay and Catcott Lows.
One cattle egret (perhaps two) on West Moor, Nr Hambridge this morning. Very mobile in the windy conditions so no photos. This is the first record for the moor as far as I am aware. Last seen from Pitt Bridge.
50+ cattle egrets moving between crossroads and North Drain fields this morning..

45 Cattle Egrets on Tealham Moor, mid-afternoon, another 2 on Eddington Moor and just a single at Catcott Lows; making 48 in total.
Those on Tealham were in 3 flocks (30 + 8 + 7)
30 Cattle Egrets just off Totney Drove Teal ham at 1230 today (sat).Slow approach and remaining in car gave good photo opportunities
4 adult cattle egrets on 1.9.18 at 12.30pm on Tealham moor, in field with cattle immediately east of North Drain, on the left side of the road.
