Barn Owl seen leaving barn in Long Load at 19:10 this evening, regular as clockwork.

Barn Owl seen leaving barn at bottom of my garden in Long Load at 19:15 last night, have seen him 3 times in the past week around this time after a long gap. Tawny Owl heard hooting in the garden last night.

Heading back from Somerton going by Tweenways pet shop a Barn Owl was hunting along the roadside. He narrowly missed a car before flying along the hedgerow to my left. Affording great views as he flew alongside my car for about 5 seconds, taking the odd look in to see what I was doing 😊
