Joe, thanks for the clarification on the species with the colour rings - yes, they are Knot, I didn’t look at them closely enough! It looks if if there is a combination of flag and ring on the bird in photo 14 but I agree there may not be enough to go on. So, everyone, keep looking for the colour-dyed Dunlins - much easier than looking at rings!

Both of the colour-ringed birds are Knot, with only one leg visible it might be difficult to find the relevant study.
