The 2 Glossy Ibis were feeding on Walton Heath (Ham Wall) this afternoon, one in front of the western viewing screen, the other looking out west from the Torr View hide. Also 2 Sand Martins flew over southwards, but no sign of the 2 Water Pipits early reported on the drained pool behind the Avalon Hide.

A male Garganey was busy feeding on cut reeds just west of Tor Hide in Ham Wall this morning at 8.40.  It was reported by others to have been there yesterday afternoon. Also both Glossy Ibis were flying around together around VP1. No sign of hirundines in persistent drizzle.
