SOS Members’ Day and AGM 2025

Saturday November 15th at 1.30pm at Cheddon Fitzpaine Memorial Hall, TA2 8JY

14.00              SOS AGM starts with an introduction by Vice-President

David Ballance and information on the updating of his Somerset Bird List.

14.05             Introductory comments by Chairman, Mat Ridley.

Motion 1: Proposed by Nick Wall, SOS Treasurer:

That the Society may consider submitted formal requests for funding for significant project type expenditure. Each proposal would require detail on the proposal itself, including the amount requested, the projects timeframes, who is receiving the funding and responsible for ensuring that it is assigned to the purpose intended; what are the benefits and legacy, and are there any risks or liabilities?

Approval would be Chairman and Treasurer, subject to AGM vote.
