The Stilt was p;resent from around 1000 this morning and still there at 1500 when I left!  It flew off at 1437 we thought that’s it! but it returned at 1445. A Ringed Plover Sp. flew over west but returned?  later and became a Little Ringed Plover (first here this year? ).  65 Blk. Wits. present but yesterday’s Greenshanks have moved on!

in case anyone has not picked up the news from other sources, a Black winged Stilt has been on Meare Heath scrape this morning. Also very good views of an adult Otter fishing in the shallow water.
