Yes, agree - Water Pipit, but nearly wore out my scroll-wheel getting to it!!!

Whilst enjoying the Glossy Ibis, Marsh Harriers, Bitterns and Egrets at the Avalon hide, a tiny bird flew past which I assumed was a Meadow Pipit.
I got a photo. It doesn’t look like a Meadow. I’m thinking Water Pipit, but I’ve never seen one before so would be grateful if someone could confirm!
