No sign in a brief stop-off late-morning today.

A couple from Bristol who were in the hide at Catcott, stated that they had seen 7 Waxwings (briefly) at Lidl store in Wells today (Sat 04/03/2017)

And no sign at 14:30 or at 15:30 when back-and-forth on a shopping trip to Shepton.

No sign of them from 9 to 10am this morning

The wonder of nature, is it just a coincident or do Waxwings have super memory and GPS guidance.Three of my favorite Waxwings photos taken at the same location 26-1-2013.
Simple amazing.glad they are back.

3 Waxwings in tall tree by Lidl Supermarket car park, Wells, dropping down to feed on berry bush along the small stream between car park and adjacent terraced houses. Seen at 16:00 and flew off (to roost?) at 16:10 as daylight faded – cloud cover.
