Tried for better views this late morning 10:00 to 11:30, but no luck from VP1, either by me or those who had looked for it earlier.

Still present from VP1 at around 08:30 this morning (Mon 1st), soon flew off and did not return , it can disappear for numerous hours .

Drake Blue-winged Teal reported on BirdGuides (but elusive) from VP1 this morning at 09:10 and again at 11:20 hrs. It was first reported in flight on 25-May.
With this cooler weather I was going there this evening to hopefully look for a Barn Owl, so will keep an eye-out!!
