Off Hurlstone Point this morning betweeen 08:15 and 10:30:
2 Black-throated Divers, one of which was almost in full summer plumage;
72 Red-throated Divers, all of which were flying east;
a very unseasonal Manx Shearwater also flying up-Channel, which would appear to be the first December record for the County;
2 Fulmars, 5 Kittiwakes and a Gannet;
most surprisingly only 3 auks, one of which was a Guillemot as there have been reasonable numbers in the last couple of weeks.
