A Shelduck surveyor in the Tower Hide reported a dark phase Arctic Skua had flown up the Parrett at c. 08.15 - sadly not seen by me.

Otherwise, a Whimbrel on the river bank; a Bar-tailed Godwit with a flock of c. 80 Curelw flying west along the coast; and 23 Black-tailed Godwits on the mud on the Point on the ebb tide.
