A good day on Exmoor produced :

Dunkery area - 2 Grasshopper Warblers, 1 male Dartford Warbler, 2 Whinchats (pair), 3 Cuckoos, 2 Ravens, 5 Stonechats, 3 Whitethroats plus Mipits, Skylarks, Willow Warblers, Chifchaffs, 3 Buzzards & a Kestrel.

Chetsford Water & part of Embercombe - 1 Redstart,1 Cuckoo, 2 Whinchats, 4 Stonechats, 2 Buzzards, 1 Grey Wagtail, 1 Raven and 5 Willow Warblers.

Horner Woods starting at Pool Bridge - 8 Pied Flycatchers (all male except for 1 female. all using nestboxes), 1 Dipper plus Blackcaps, Goldcrests, Wrens, Song Thrushes.

Hirundines of any description were very thin on the ground & Wood Warblers seemingly absent?
