Just to let all birders know that as well as the Tower Hide being closed, access to the End Hide is currently not possible.  Yesterday morning’s huge tide topped the sea defences and added to the already flooded area such that water levels are about 20cm above the top of normal Wellington boots.  It might take some time for levels to fall since there is no obvious outlet.
