The Channel Wagtail and a male Yellow Wagtail present this morning at about 9.40am in the field north side of Totney Drove ST403453.
A Red Kite and 6 Buzzards circling fields (recently cut for hay) Burtle moor mid morning. Presumably the same birds Mike recorded over Catcott Lows.

A brief but interesting visit to Tealham moor this morning, with a male and two juvenile Yellow Wagtails, joined later by a female Yellow Wagtail,
foraging close to the road. ST403453.
3 Cattle Egrets flying south west.
A Sedge Warbler perched and calling from a Hawthorn, occasionally leaving its perch to catch a passing inset. ST408450.

After an excellent day at Ham Wall yesterday, including 12 bittern flight sightings, garganey, hobby etc, stopped off at Tealham Moor on the way home for 3 or 4 yellow wagtails and 2 pairs of lapwing with 3 quite large chicks in the wet field on the North side of Totney Drove, East of the North Drain bridge. Then, just beyond the bridge cattle egrets were in among the cattle. Hard to count as the grass was very long. Rounded the day off nicely though.
