Amazing numbers of birds in the skies during the High Tide this morning. Golden Plover, Lapwings and Godwits over Otterhampton Marsh. Out over the River Parrett were Dunlin, maybe Knot and Golden Plover.

Of interest was the discussion in the hide regarding the two Male Hen Harriers seen quartering the marsh near the breach.

Over on Stockland Marsh, a couple of Marsh Harriers were flushing the ducks. The male bird flying low over the reeds with the Juvenile bird flying higher and behind.
