No I haven’t. I’ve not been that way since that group walk we did a few months ago. There are often Tawny Owls around the play park end of Foxes Field & from home I hear them screeching from the old factory at night. Also on 2 occasions at dusk I’ve seen a Barn Owl fly out from the factory across Foxes Field.

Stephen - Have you ever seen one in/near the marshy field next to Thunder Bridge?

I thought I saw one the other day in the trees on the other side of the leat, in the grounds of Tone House. After watching for a minute or two I moved to try and get a better view - spent the best part of an hour trying to spot it again!
