Somewhat of a surprise this morning off Hurlstone Pt drifting up on the incoming tide was a Great Northern Diver before taking flight heading East
other species included
Sandwich Tern 2
Commic Tern 10
Guillemot 7
Common Scoter 2
Gannet 8
Meadow Pipits several hundred heading south from the Welsh coast and 2 Porpoise
Later on Exmoor i had my first Golden Plover of the winter with a flock of 38 at Lucott Cross
