Wryneck still present at 17.00 this evening which is surprising after last nights clear night and its location for being easily flushed, also at Culvercliffe whilst seawatching here off the beach at 9.05 BDG and myself had a Puffin fly East up the Channel
Wryneck at Culvercliffe Minehead seen where the 1st hut is along the path on the left in and around the weedy area occasionally perching up, last reported just after 17.00 I believe
Wryneck found by the large lay-by on the B3358 100yds from the entrance of Pinkery Outdoor Centre Exmoor SS723412 sat in a small scrubby tree sunning itself i returned to my car for my scope and camera only to return 30 seconds later and it was not seen again though i searched for the next hour, other birds present were several Whinchat ,Stonechat, Reed Bunting and a large flock of Linnet
