yesterday 3 red kites over porlock good number of gulls moving east a whimbrel calling that a garden first,swallow and house martins back in the village wrens blackcaps and chiffchaffs .all double numbers in local woods. on Exmoor willow wablers back in 13 buzzards stonechats grey wagtails back on local patches also a ring ouzel tawny owls calling at dinnertime 2 different places on porlock hill doing my litterpick as usual and 3 dippers seen on local river last two days
