Garganey of unknown origin (apparently not from the well-known wildfowl collection in Yeovil) apparently still present and showing very well this morning.

But several have been seen elsewhere in the country recently - last in Bristol / Somerset was 30th Oct.

A drake Garganey has been on Ninesprings Lake, Yeovil since yesterday morning. It tends to spend most of it’s time in the overhanging vegetation on the island (may need a scope) but occasionally shows very well.
