Did John Crispin get details of the nasal saddled pochard there back in Feb, as it’s now turned up at Chew?
Wryneck reported from VP1 on Tuesday (only just found out today) - photos from John Crispin on my blog on the Ham Wall web page later today. It dropped in briefly before flying off - could still be in the area.
Also from VP2 or screens on the other side of track: 1 Wood sand, 4 Green sand, 5 Redshank, 1 Common sand as well as a few snipe and Lapwing. Up to 11 Great White Egrets feeding here early mornings too.
