Many thanks for the posting of these cranes. I drove the long way round into work this morning and was fortunate to get some amazing views of the group in the sun and frosty fields. Perfect photographic conditions. Hopefully have time to post a few after work today.

And a Sparrowhawk flew straight down the road and over the car as I was slowly driving passed the cranes.

At half a dozen viewable from the Langport - Muchelney road. Couldn’t stop to get a good view due to traffic, but they were present both this morning and this evening on my commute.
Also , a nearly obligatory Barn owl over king Sedgemoor drain from the nythe - high ham road this evening
