Beautiful weather yesterday but very few birds during low tide paddle from Birnbeck Pier (1 oystercatcher, couple of rock pipits) to Steep Holm (1 cormorant, 1 grey seal), returning via Brean Down (pr ravens) - just a couple of herring & lbb gulls at sea and c.80 oystercatchers on north end of Weston beach on return.

Unfortunately I’m unlikely to be out in conditions that brought all the seabirds in last week!
