We’re pleased to announce that the Avalon Hide at Ham Wall is now re-open.  We’ve tried to turn it around as quick as possible and have laid rubber matting throughout the whole of the woodland section (see our facebook page for photos). Thank you for you patience during this closure.

Yesterday 2 Great White Egrets feeding in front and several Marsh Harrier sightings. Drumming Great Spotted Woodpecker in the woodland. Single boom from a Bittern heard from here but sounded like it was in the Waltons section.
