Three Whimbrel flew West over Walton’s on Ham Wall this morning around 1030 first I’ve seen this year.
Water levels on Ham Wall and Shapwick are still high so passage waders are few and far between! The ‘Scrape’ on Shapwick hasn’t materialised as the pump broke down after a few days of working a fortnight ago (before it had finished draining the lagoon) and is still hasn’t been repaired!
