Alongside the Herons, the Little Egret nesting numbers have increased this week with a great deal of activity and some wonderful sounds. Well worth a visit before leaves on trees. Also heard my first cuckoo this year, seemingly towards the bottom of the ridge towards West Sedgemoor.
