Didn’t see the Godwits would have loved to, they must have been right at the back.
But think I’ll have to revisit 😊

Kay and I were there briefly this afternoon, looking for and seeing a feeding Water Rail. Also an adult Peregrine putting up the many dabbling ducks; between 90 & 100 Black-tailed Godwits; and I also had good ‘scope views of what looked good for a Sibe Chiffchaff, but too far away too hear any call.

Had a brief but very pleasing visit to Greylake this afternoon, saw and photographed my first ever Snipe.
About a dozen feeding in front of the main hide…
