I saw a Purple Sandpiper yesterday by the sewage outfall on Huntspill Wall, down to about 5m, so it seems like it is hanging around. I did put it on Twitter, but not SOS, must try harder.

John Ingram found a Purple Sandpiper on the seawall at high tide this morning and we had some really close views as it fed along the tideline.
